The impact of daily life is felt both physically and emotionally, with many of us unable to recall a time when we were free of aches and pains, concerns about the impact of stress on our health or suffering from a general lack of energy and drive. Often patterns of ill health such as migraines, panic attacks, physical discomfort and mild depression are so deeply embedded within us they begin to feel part of our makeup, or something we put up with, tackling occasionally with medication or a self help book only to find ourselves back where we started, fed up and demoralised.

True health is more than the absence of disease. When healthy, our physical systems function harmoniously and our ability to meet life and all its demands is kept in balance.
